'Tanzania takes advantage of Dubai 2020 Expo to market its products' – IPPmedia

 
 
​​​​​​​TANZANIA is making better use of the Expo Dubai 2020 in marketing various products from the country.

 Apart from mineral products, Tanzania is also promoting products from tourism, agriculture and livestock sectors.
The government is using Expo 2020 Dubai Tourism Investment Forum to advertise tourist attractions in the country as well as building up investment relations in the tourism sector.
Addressing the forum at Dubai’s Shangri’la Hotel, deputy minister for natural resources and Tourism Mary Masanja said Tanzania has many tourist ]attractions and called on delegates of the forum to visit them and invest in the tourism sector that has many opportunities for investment.
Masanja welcomed investors to invest in the sector in Tanzania which has many investment opportunities in urban areas that include cultural historical heritage sites, tourist hotels, restaurants ecological tourism and hunting tourism.
The Forum was attended by the Director of the Diplomatic Economic Department, Amb. Edwin Rutageruka, the Ministry’s Permanent secretary, Dr Allan Kijazi, TTB Director Betrita Lyimo and officials from the Zanzibar business community
