Agoda launches Go Expo 2020 – TTR Weekly

SINGAPORE, 26 October 2021: Agoda has launched its Go Expo 2020 Dubai deals campaign that helps partners drive inbound traffic to Dubai’s UAE Expo 2020.
According to Agoda’s search data, Dubai’s ranking for stays during the Expo (21 October 2021 to 22 March 2022) has risen to #17 globally, compared to #21 and #26 from 2020 and 2019, respectively, with India, Saudi Arabia and the UK ranking top three in-bound markets.
Apart from commission and listing discounts, participating partners in Go Expo Dubai 2020 will enjoy a robust multi-platform marketing campaign to help drive customer awareness and traffic.
This includes special Go Expo 2020 listings; homepage banners to direct customers to listings via website and app; maximum visibility via mobile app pop-up banners and push notifications; special features on Agoda’s travel guide content; social media campaigns; and more. Partner properties need to activate the option of 10% stackable discounts and select from one out of two Go Expo 2020 Dubai deals packages best suited to their needs, to enjoy these offerings.

The six-month-long mega event has seen nearly half a million ticketed visitors in its first 10 days, according to the organisers. Visitors belonged to 175 nationalities, with two-thirds coming from outside the UAE. Expo 2020 Dubai runs until 31 March  2022, with 200 pavilions in total for visitors to explore. The UAE Expo brings together 192 countries and takes visitors on a world tour through an immersive exhibition. From educational theme weeks, covering climate to space and well-being, catch stage productions, music shows, street theatre, art & culture, and innovative architecture.
